I've been playing but had some things come up yesterday so I only got a limited time to play. Finished the campaign on both sides and just now am starting the regular multi player.

But I've got the Ogre so that is what I was going for. Now I'll never have to play the campaign again.

I'm on and off so I'm not real reliable for the times that I get to play.

No.... you aren't terrible. This is a completely new game. You just have to recognize when your team has a group of titans. If they don't and you have one on standby don't call it down untill you get a few more that have access to one. If you go one against 2-3 you will lose always. Wait until your group has a few in combat and then go in and finish them off. If you have 2 or more against you wait until the finial sec. to abandon your titan. You will have worked (or should have worked one) down to almost death... use the nuclear bomb to kill the rest.

Something else to consider.. is have your titan guard a point (you don't have to stay in it the whole time) I've finished the "campain" so I have the Ogre chassis which is pretty strong. Have that guard a tunnel and it will get you a lot of kills until the mechs notice it.

One thing you have to consider about this game.... There are a bunch of 14Yyr olds that skipped school to play this game. Unless you did that... You won't beat them. But... what I have found.. Is if you play in the early to middle part of the day while all the 14 year olds are at school you should do pretty good.

After about 4:30 PM... forget it... The Kids are home and they will kick your ass...

Just my personal experience. I'm still carrying a 1.5/1 KD so I'm pretty happy with that considering I don't get to play without the 14 year olds.

Yes.. On the multiplayer campaign.. It doesn't matter if you win or lose. You will finish it either way. Basically what it amounts to is you are trying to open up 2 new titans and learning all the maps...that is about it. I would suggest doing the campaign just for that and learning the maps. After that jump head strong into multiplayer.... because that is all there is after that...

I was hoping that they wouldn't have prestige. I'm not a fan of it.

I never do it so I don't really care if they have it because it doesn't effect me. I never understood the rational behind it. So you get a little emblem by your name and the xp grows faster so what. Once I get the loadout I want that is what I stick with. Even if you prestige 10 times eventually that will end so in reality it is a moot point besides having a emblem.

I only did it once in COD and said fuck it after that. Doesn't make any sense to me.

Its so you dont get bored. It allows you to have something to work for. But in all honesty id rather it be kinda like GTA 5. Have like 300+ levels with unlocks throughout
