    They said so many times digital would play same time as physical ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD which is why I downloaded it. Then they went and changed it. Australia has had it since midnight their time..

    physical disc won't be held back. the digital is held back because psn (the distributor ) is located pct. Therefore they can not unlock digital till its 12 that time without breaking street date.
