Pretty certain it has to be a Bluetooth interference issue , going to isolate the PS4 from my other A/V gear and see what happens

I've got a bunch of friends that play on the PS4 but getting everyone online at the right time has been a challenge. You almost need to join a clan (guild) and run it from a schedule. I hope eventually they will set up matchmaking for the raids and weekly strikes. Not everyone has access or time to spend a lot of time in the game.

I've played MMO's for years now and have been involved in high level raiding guilds most of that time. Some of the people that I play destiny with are people that I've been friends with for years but have never met in real life.

Good luck with the raid. Expect to fail as the videos I've seen have been pretty harsh (but that's a good thing). I'm lvl 28 almost 29 and have yet to run it.

I don't completely understand the rational for not having matchmaking for the raid. You can take a group of complete strangers in there and figure out the raid in a given amount of time. It's the same as taking a group of friends. As long as everyone communicates that's what matters.

 

I got to try the last part (making atheon come out by getting the relics) with my clan. we failed but they finkshed yesterday night. Either way it was a good time.

 

Any good drops?

 

I didnt get anything, but a few others got exotic rifles and someone got a piece of armor i think

 

Ok so since our resident reviewer got rid of his Xbox One. I would like to through out here that Microsoft dropped a pretty hefty update on us. We now have DLNA support and we can now snap both friends and the messaging apps. One update that I'm really liking is the new friends section on the main UI.



I like the idea of the leader board comparing how many points you have earned in the last 30 days compared to your friends as you can see on the right of the above picture. I think this is going to really spark some competition!

That's pretty cool. I assume that is your gamerscore for all games played? I really never understood the gamerscore system or maybe just didn't pay that much attention to it.

I love the Destiny app where you can see everything that you've done in the game. Speaking of Destiny... I've got a hell of a set up for my Warlock now. Exotic Auto Rifle that I swap out for a Exotic Sniper depending on the fight and whether I know I'll be sniping a lot since the sniper rifle auto refills. Got a random exotic auto rifle (same as my Warlocks) the other day on a strike mission so it's sitting in the vault until my hunter hits 20. Already have a exotic chest piece sitting there for him also. I'm still loving the game and although it isn't as big as I was expecting, I treat it like Diablo and the loot grind draws me in for hours each day just to see what I can get next.

 

Hear you there. I have the suros, icebreaker, and now a bounty for invective shotgun. Plus quite a few legendaries now. i just need spirit bloom and ill be level 29 as well. Just need that raid gear!

 

Yep... got the same ones except I've got "The Truth" rocket launcher instead of the shotgun. All my legendaries are maxed out. If I could get a bounty for a auto rifle I would probably complete it but so far I've only got one for the hand cannon and shotgun. Neither of which I use.
