Not that I'm aware of. From the friends that I have that have the game say it sucks. Most have returned it.

The last battlefield game I enjoyed was 1942 and a little of 2042.
Last call of duty game I enjoyed was 2 with the WW2 theme, 4 with modern combat was ok.. but felt gimmicky.
Medal of honor allied assault with its 2 expansions were top notch and sadly EA has basically killed the series.

A revisit to older wars would be the kick in the pants the FPS genre needs I feel.

I used to like the squad bases Rainbow six games too.

In the top 20 now. I included a fuck up in the video. Notice the sound when you zero out the deadzone on your throttle. Smooth on and off. No (very little) wheel spin.

    Hit the gear for HD

TC off. Notice the lights don't light up in the display. I wait and use KERS on the long straight at the end.

Yeah I need to turn off the line. Notice I don't follow it much. It is only helpful during the portion of the track that the sun is in your eyes.

*EDIT* lights flicker every once in awhile I just noticed. But everything is turned off?

    Yeah.
Man, my PS4 may be dying. I use Rest Mode, and we had a power glitch a few days ago. It did the disk check and was fine, but the screen blanked and it froze in Project Cars the other night, and last night it spontaneously turned off a few minutes after I turned it on and it took a few tries to get it to turn back on using the button on the front. It then had to do the disk check again.

Well, I did just get my state tax return. I guess I could pick up another one, have this one fixed, and give it to my girls. We'll see how it does this weekend.

I think it has more to do with Project Cars. On one my my laps it just blacked out and I had to turn it off. That game is taxing on the system. The fans are screaming with it running. I've still got 1 1/2 yeas on my replacement warranty so if it goes out I'm good. Make sure you blow out the dust vents on the side and keep it in a well vented place. I've also had it shut down just out of the blue before. Just a anomaly in the system. Same thing with any computer. The will eventually spaze out for no reason every once in a while.

Oh... on a side note... I never use rest mode.

Is your main TC control option set to ON or REAL ?

I set mine to real last night , messed around with a bunch of the throttle , brake and clutch sliders and started a career in Formula Rookie

I can not overemphasize the importance of setting the throttle deadzone to 0. It will make it so much easier to control wheel spin by barely pulling the trigger (or pushing the pedal in your case).

Set up for Real. All assist turned off

    IMG_0225_zpsufvvpmew_fd7f23b546fe5dc516fe28935a197f5e9e41ff72.jpg

Have mine set for all Circuits

Force feedback is set to full so I can "feel" what the vehicle is doing

TC is maxed out to not kick in (but judging by the flicker on the on screen it still nannies a bit even turned off)

    Hope this helps.

    Yeah.
How do you get the F1 car? I only saw Formula A.

Scroll to the top. It starts you off at the bottom of the page. F1 cars are at the very top of the page. You can then cycle through the paint schemes you want but all the cars are identical.

I think the TC slider is just a sensitivity adjustment as to the amount of wheel spin allowable before it engages and settings of REAL and the slider all the way to the right means you would still get TC engagement but only after the highest allowable wheel spin , in your setting case , 15%

Only way to turn the TC fully off it to turn it off in the Options > Control > Driving Aids > Traction Control > Off

Yeah, I just can't figure out if I have it set to "off" why it should activate in the first place? Though it rarely activates judging from the video.

Yeah but the TC is locked so that should mean it doesn't (shouldn't) engage

Real would mean cars with TC would have it , the slider just sets the sensitvity where the TC will kick on , the slider maximum is 15% so setting it fully to the right doesn't turn it off , just desenitizes it to a wheelspin factor of 15%
