ha ha ha, don't be hard on yourself, you were trying to guide an idiot that pressed the DAC button instead of the diff lock button :D

thanks man!!! i love the MXT, for the price point you can't beat them. If i were to get another set it might end up with Cooper STT Pro's but these have a very very similar tread pattern and are made by Cooper Tire so if money is tight ill end up with another set of MXT's. They are great off road, but only ok in the slick snow / icy conditions because they don't have the sipping like the goodyear duratrac's but duratracs aren't offered in a 295 and are pricey in comparison :D

    Hope that helps a bit!!

well today was an interesting test as to how much of an impact my aluminum front bumper can take, this just happened at my work. Guy reversed into my truck and wasn't paying attention, we have the accident on video and he was actually going probably 3-5mph reversing out of his parking spot

i think it will work!!! i have a bunch of 1/2" unistrut nuts if you need, i usually snap the spring off and it slides in the C channel perfectly so I'm assuming i can stabilize the rack that way, any ideas that I'm just not thinking of? design flaws you see?

@SilverGhost see my above mock up? its all got to be inside my Bestop and be removable so i can fold down my bestop after removing the bed rack, that image you posted would be to difficult to put the bestop overtop of it. I wouldn't ever be able to utilize the bestop windows or rails.
