    Timm, the damage is done, those valves are definitely scorched from not having proper exhaust. You'll need to LS swap it now.

    If this had happened to puddle jumper I would be all overdoing some serious heavy mods. Straight pipe and everything. Since it's the kid hauler... I got a crowbar with this dude's face written all over it

    They don't have to be. There are some Volkswagen swap options I've seen done on 4th and 5th gen trucks and even first-gen tacos. With proper gearing and a good transmission .... Could be a viable thing down the road.

    That thing is beautiful! On a side note I can now completely confirm you are correct on Kendas being bad on wet pavement. On the majority of surfaces I can kick the ass end out with stability control still on.
