Whoa whoa whoa. Never said throttle controllers were better than tunes. I'm just saying if you had to get one for some fucked up reason I would get the banks since that one has more options to play with instead of 2 buttons and it plugs into the OBD. Whereas the pedal Commander literally has 2 buttons and the way it gets power is sketchy and causes problems

 

Does a tune do much on these trucks?

 

For the 3rd gens yes. 2nd gens are pretty limited

 

All they do is modify the throttle input. It just ramps the throttle more or less aggressively

 

Jesus I know what a throttle controller is. All I'm saying between the Banks and Pedal Commander I would go with Banks. Nevermind you're all just gonna keep repeating *bUt ItS a ThRoTtLe CoNtRoLlEr*
