Found a pretty good deal on a new TRD exhaust for my 2015 dcsb... $390 shipped to the house. Love the sound of this exhaust, just can't decide if I should pull the trigger or not!

Someone talk me into/out of it haha!

Never mind... Got an email this morning from the dealer and apparently there was an error in their online shipping calculator. The exhaust cannot be delivered UPS, only freight shipped. They are getting me a quote now... But I highly doubt I am going to want to pay for freight shipping. I knew it sounded too good to be true!

Smart Toyota Parts... In Wisconsin, I believe.

I just googled the part number and pulled them up randomly. They had it for $390 with $20 shipping. And then sent me a 5% off discount after I had left it in my cart overnight.

Contact Lisa at lexusofnorthmiami38@gmail.com she generally will sell to us TacomaWorld members cheaper than she lists things on Ebay. Just make sure you say you are from TacomaWorld when you email her. She was selling it for 390.00 in the U.S. don't know if she still does though.

Not your fault they can't ship for $20. They should honor it and fix their mistake. I bought a Nizan Frontier for $14800 when it should of been $18400. They called it a mistake I called it bait and switch.

I agree... I may try and fight for it. Tell them they can take the $20 that was charged to shipping, add it to the freight charge, and they can cover the rest. Doubt it will work, but may be worth a try.

Went ahead and emailed Lisa... Very quick to respond! She can do it for $430 shipped. We'll see what Smart Toyota says.

Wow has she changed, she sells them on Ebay for 425.00 plus 2.00 shipping. And has always given us members really good prices. Sorry bro hope it works out with the other place.

Why not go Magnaflow of Flowmaster? Better sound for a $100 muffler and ~$60 install?
Haven't heard many good things about the TRD exhaust.

I personally run flowmaster 40 series and love it. Got it dumped before the axle.

No worries. Yeah, she said Toyota had increased the price a while back.

I thought about going that route... But it seems like with the magnaflow or flowmaster, they are loud all the time. What I liked about the TRD is that it is only a little louder than stock, until you stomp on it. And from what I've read, most folks with the TRD love it. Only read 1 or 2 posts about folks complaining about drone.

A little off topic, but I've been wondering what the weight savings would be going from stock to the TRD catback? Anyone have a rough idea? Typically aftermarket systems can be 30lbs or more lighter....

I waited until I had a road trip planned and picked mine up in person to save on the shipping, paid $373 after taxes. I just called a few places along my route and went with the cheapest one.

I didn't even think to ask about a tacomaworld discount!
