2007 Regular Cab 4x4

Lost tail and brake lights. Found two blown fuses. (Because of trailer I’m pretty sure). Accidentally pulled OBD fuse and now CEL light is on. Can this be reset without a code reader:scanner? Thanks for any advice.

Pull your battery cables and leave them off for 5 minutes . Code should be gone when you re-connect

If you havnt cleaned your throttle body in a while , the truck may stall when you first fire up . Takes a while for the ECM to re-learn your idle
