Is that my idler pulley in the middle ? Or which one ? It is not moving when the truck is running. It also seems to move very slightly when you touch it, as if it's slightly loose . I tried to tighten the bolt but cant seem to tighten it anymore.

That's the AC compressor clutch pulley, it only spins when the compressor is running

So you mean when the AC is on ? I turned on my ac to see if it spun then and it did not.

If the belt is to loose the pulley might not spin.

If the pulley bearings seize up it will burn the belt off in a few seconds with the lovely smell of burning rubber.

Sometimes they look like they are not spinning from lack of light and no point of reference to tell that it is spinning

Middle pulley is the tension idler pulley. Loosen the center bolt to adjust from below 14 mm bolts if I member erectly. You can loosen and check for free spin by hand.

It sounds like the bearing is out on your tensioner pulley . Dont run the truck or you will tear the belt up . Get a ratchet on the nut with a cheater and pull on it and then pull the belt off of it . Then try to spin pulley by hand . If its grinding or hard to turn or wiggles sideways then it bad . Remove nut and take it off . Real simple job just keep the belt on the rest of the pulleys .

Video would get a more positive reponse what's going on. I'm still not sure what you're talking about.

If you have a seized bearing, you'd have smoke pouring off and the belt will last about 3 minutes.

So tonight I went to start my truck and didnt fully start on first try so I let go of key and it sounded like it was still turning over. I thought something was wierd so I tried to jiggle the key and actually took it completely out of the ignition and it still was turning over . It sounded terrible. Any thoughts if this is related or another thing I need to fix .

It means you have something else to fix.

Between the lock Cylinder and your key things are so worn your key can be removed when the lock cylinder is in almost any position .

It will get to the point it just no longer works .

A few different options Have the Lock cylinder rebuilt get a new lock cylinder get new lock cylinders for the ignition and doors.

It sounds like you may have what happened to me, happen to you. The contacts in the solenoid of the starter arced itself to the plunger keeping my starter engaged when I started it and even though the key was off. Had to disconnect battery to get it to shut off. The remove starter and rebuild the solenoid of the starter with new contacts and plunger.
