More info is needed. Which pulley? Idlers are pretty easy to replace. Lots of how-to’s on this site for them and the AC compressor clutch pulley too.

Sure sounds like a worn-out bearing to me. At least that's what my AC idler pulley bearing sounded like.

In the video the rattle stops when the AC compressor clutch disengages. Does yours do that?

There you have it. Still a chance it could be an idler pulley but my money is on the AC compressor clutch pulley bearing. Is there any play in the clutch pulley? can you wiggle it by hand? There are a bunch of threads and videos here and YouTube that will show you what you need to do to replace either just the bearing or the entire clutch assembly if you’re considering doing this yourself. The hardest part is access and the snap ring.
