Had a friend look at the truck yesterday, he says the pulley indicated below seems to be giving off the most noise and is probably the reason for the sound.

    Anyone else had this problem?

    1) Is there a diagram of the belt system indicating what pulley is what?

    2) If not, does anyone know the name of the smaller pulley located slightly below and to the right of the crank and slightly below and to the left of the A/C compressor?

    Thanks!

There are three idler pulleys and a tensioner pulley down there. Two idlers up top, and idler on the bottom, and the tensioner near the crank pulley if memory serves - which it should since I worked with this last weekend replacing my engines crank seal.

Simple fix. Had to replace 3 of mine this past summer after one seized and busted my drive belt.
