My new truck somebody scratched the fender. Its always something grrrrrr. I’ve been looking on to how to remove fender, I can’t find anything. I wanna pull it off for autobody shop to do the repairs. Pay cash no insurance be the best. I was thinking remove the fender flares, inner flares. The grille and headlight. Should come out. Or do I have to remove the whole front bumper? Thanks any help

I’d take the whole truck in, so they can properly color match it.
Most reputable body shops may require this anyways. At the very least; call around and get it quoted both ways, then weigh your risk n rewards.

    Work in progress...
What fender? We gotta start somewhere...ok sounds like the front because you mentioned the front bumper. A photo would really help us to help you. Like saying you are shot, it kind of depends on where you are hit and by what...it matters. Kind of like lets us know to say a prayer or break out a first aid kit. Slow down and catch your breath, it's just a truck.

Front right and driver side fenders are the same. 10mil bolts along the top of the fender line in the engine bay, you have to remove the little angled trim but they’re just pull tabs. One bolt at the bottom, one inside the fender accessible through the panel gap with the front doors open. You’ll also have to remove the fender liner screws. Also 10 mil. Just unbolt and tug super lightly and look for the point that isn’t freeing and you’ll find the bolt. The sheet metal is stupid thin, if it isn’t moving don’t force it or you’re gonna be in for a new fender paint matched.

And a couple where the fender meets the bumper cover, and one attaching the fender to the headlight itself below the bumper which you can access somehow, I have up and ripped the thing off.

and another attaching the top of the headlight

Bumper doesn’t need to come off. When you unbolt the dust shield you can pull it down and out, then reach the bolts holding the fender to the bumper bracket made of plastic. Should be able to reach the headlight bolt through the gap

Yah I understand it just a truck. I wouldn’t care if it was used and had a lot of miles on it but I just bought it brand new. Wanna keep it nice.

Maybe wrap the hood and roof to try and ward off the failing clear coat that’ll be coming down the road.
