2014 TRD or pulling right in 4wd after jba uca and alignment. Could this be because on side has 3.8 caster and the other is 4.3?

Possibly, why not try to get 2.5 - 3 degrees caster on both sides?

i told the tech to set it between 3-4 degrees and the numbers above are what i got. Thought it would be okay but if its causing it to pull then i will take it back. Ihave looked under my truck and everthing seems fine. The uca and alignment are all that changed.

    ...too much shit to list.
Generally speaking you want the passenger side to have slightly more positive caster and negative camber to compensate for road crown (for countries that drive on the right side of the road). In 4wd, it's excacerbated because the front tires are pulling as much as the rear is pushing. Generally it's not noticeable on dirt roads, but on dry pavement it is. You have more cross caster than most shops setup tho. General rule of thumb is 1/4 of a degree difference. You have 1/2 a degree.

Do you have a print off of the alignment? I see no reason for it to pull with that much caster. If the camber isn't set right, it can pull. Before I put my new suspension on, I set mine up with 3.3 and 3.6 caster and 0 camber and it drove great. If I remember correctly, it has 2.7 and 3.0 caster and -0.4 camber on both sides now and it wants to drift to the right a little. I didn't feel like messing with it at the time so I just did a quick toe adjustment.

Finally, someone else who knows this word exists. You may be the only other person I've seen use it in the real world.

It's only a slight pull on dirt road in 4wd. If im on gravel or mud you can't even feel it. Just was curious because it tracked perfectly straight before.

FYI - perfectly fine to run 4WD on pavement "in a straight line" - in fact, Toyota recommends:
Four-wheel drive usage frequency - You should drive in four-wheel drive for at least 10 miles (16 km) each
    month.
This will assure that the front-drive components are lubricated. Page 180 in my owners manual.

That slight difference shouldn't really be noticeable. I had a hard pull to the right (I too have caster that's a bit off from side to side) and gave my mechanic a bit of an earfull - but didn't have time to drop off the truck to have it redone for awhile. When I rotated my tires, the pull totally went away. I'd forgotten about it until reading your post.
