If you plan on keeping it for a while pick a color you won't get tired of.

I ordered a OR Inferno. I currently own a '13 Barcelona. It really pops. Had a '05 silver for 8 years. Easily the best color to keep looking clean. Fine scratches just don't show up in that color. But as others have said...kinda plain jane. That new BBP is awesome. That's what I would get if there was no Inferno. I do concur with 12Tac. What color gets yer heart rate up?

I was set on getting white. My 2008 silverado was white and I have always thought the trucks look better in white. Then my GF brought it up to me that all construction/service trucks are white. After thinking for a while I ordered the Magnetic Gray and I am so happy I didn't get white. Just my .02.

White hides swirl marks and scratches the best and pops a bit more than the Silver IMO. I've owned various vehicles in blue, red, black and pearl white and a 2003 White TRD OR. The 2003 TRD OR was the lowest maintenance paint...a quick clean, clay bar and wax after 8 years and thousands of miles off road and she still shined like a street queen. This is why I went with White on my 2016. I don't think Silver is the worst choice however... MGM and Black were out for me because I don't want something that shows every swirl mark and gets dusty 30 minutes after washing here in AZ. If you're concerned with "Common" colors and want a unique vehicle don't buy a Tacoma.

I flirted with the idea of the quicksand by the lady poo poo'd the idea immediately. She said it looked like Mary Kay Cosmetic facial compound or something

White is super common & so is silver and Grey.
Don't buy Quicksand because I have it and honestly don't want it to go mainstream & become played-out like White/Grey.

I personally like the silver, but I do understand how others can see it as plain or boring. With that said when I bought my truck I literally just walked into a dealership and it was in October when nobody had any in stock. I was ok with silver until I saw a non-Sport model. Agree it was boring, but test drive a BBP and after 10 mins test driving the truck told myself I was already sick of driving a blue truck! My only other option was a white TRD OR manual, and I didn't want a stick, and didn't like the plastic, cheap look of the black fenders. I think the silver looks good with the sort because the hood breaks it up a bit, and the grill looks best with this color, anthem add a Tonneau and some tube steps or sliders and the silver really starts looking better!

Get it in blue! I love mine, never had a blue car before and I love it. Dirt isn't as obvious on it unless it's mud but then again that's any vehicle.
