I think there was a problem with the rack and pinion on the older 05-09 tacomas. I'm not sure but I think there is a tsb for that problem..

May try to switch front tires and see if it pulls right. Possible belt problem in one tire coming out.

Sounds like you just got a crappy alignment or knocked it out of alignment.

Did you check to see that they properly torqued down the bolts after aligning? A shop left mine loose (hand tight but not torqued down the way they should have been) and I blew out my alignment within a week. I took it back to them and made them do it again.

Can you post up information on the alignment printout you should have received? A lot of information can be gained there.

Technical Service Bulletin Also I mentioned rotate tires earlier. Did you try to just flop the front two to see if it changes. Sometimes you will get truck to go right when you have a bad tire. Most people rotate front to back only but when looking for a drifting problem you should rule out multiple bad tires. I have seen this happen on more than one occasion.

Check your tire pressures and see if any of them are low on air. That can cause a pull. Also, have you hit any large potholes lately? That can throw off an alignment. If you had it done less than a month ago, I'd take it back in and have them check it. Have them check to make sure they bolted down all the front end parts like they should have (seen it before where a tech didn't cinch down a tie rod lock nut and it gradually threw the alignment off).
Jack the front end up and rotate the tires by hand to make sure the brakes aren't dragging. Repeat for the rear axle.
Pulling can be cause by a lot of different stuff, really.
    Good luck!

If you plan on keeping your vehicle awhile a worthwhile investment is to get the lifetime alignment. That way you can take it back whenever you want.

Could be a sticky break caliper on the left side?
