Not sure what I am going to do this year but I'm sure I wil come up with something cool.

agreed - i suck at this stuff.. haha

 

No, I tried the dremel and it wanders way to easily. It's all hand cut. The "surfacing" where you only remove the orange skin was done with linoleum knives of different widths.

Thank you . . . it's really not that difficult, it just requires a lot of time and patience but when you're a perfectionist like me, most things take longer.

Don't sweat it, it took about 2.5 hrs and what can I say, "it's all for the kids."

I carved a couple to honour my fallen colleagues, that lost their lives in the line of duty. RIP BC Ambulance Paramedics of Tofino BC.

 

Beautiful job.......RIP to the two Tofino Medics.
