It isn't an English class, but I do expect English native speakers to have basic written language skills in their primary—if not only—language. I know people come from all walks of life, education, etc. on this forum. But some people make no bloody effort to be clear at all. It's like they're drunk texting from a bar, but they post like that all the time. If you are using a keyboard to communicate, you should at least be familiar with the major keys. I think that is a pretty reasonable expectation.

Well, I haven't been around here long but I have not come across posts I was unable to understand. If you think this place is bad, try some other forums, as others have already stated. On the Internet, I usually only have trouble understanding what is being written when the entire post is a massive run-on sentence with no punctuation at all. At minimum, use a period. Commas always help, too. The point of punctuation is to make the ideas you are expressing easier to follow.

On another note--I came across this a while ago. As long as the first and last letter in a word are placed correctly, your brain is able to make the necessary adjustments. However, if you remove punctuation, everything goes to hell.

Aoccdrnig to rseerach at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoatnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a total mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe. Amzanig huh?

Now try reading the above without punctuation marks.

Better idea. Take the 2 seconds more and use both spelling and punctuation. Hurrah!
