So after the new 2nd gen morimoto LED headlights came out in many of the videos they had very bright LED switchback turn signals and DRL. I dug around. Asked questions. Figured out the particular ones they had in some of the videos are the GTR Lighting Carbide 2.0 that are resister free. I purchased them from Headlight Revolution, where they are a dealer and had Black Friday going on earlier last week.

I installed them last night and lo and behold they’re yellow only until you use headlights and then they are white. I emailed to ask them about this and they said “Unfortunately switchback bulbs typically never work correctly in Toyota or Ford trucks.”

With this tidbit of knowledge, other than VLED (not opposed to them just looking for options) is there a good quality switchback on the market currently?
