Just keep in mind if you buy out of state you may have to pay additional taxes to the DMV when you register it

I never ceases to amaze me what BS and deception traditional dealerships try to pull to make an extra buck. It’s the main reason why the average buyer hates walking onto a dealership lot for a new or used vehicle. It’s why I love the Tesla business model. Zero traditional advertising or scumbag salespeople. Simply place a custom order online for MSRP and pickup the car when it arrives in 4-6 weeks.

So true. I would have bought more new cars over the years if it wasn't so painful.

Never pay above MSRP. The dealer is making a huge profit at MSRP (plus the kickback they get from Toyota). Market adjustment is the biggest ripoff ever. I bought a Pro back in March from a SoCal dealership at MSRP. Just keep looking, I searched for a couple of months before I found the color and price (MSRP) I was looking for.

I payed MSRP for a 2021 OR DCLB with tech package at Norwalk Toyota, everyone else wanted at least 2k over MSRP. I don't know if they have any Pro's though.

Do you guys think this is a good price?
The only thing I don’t need is the soft cover D4B3337A-F603-43A1-A441-337C997CA2F8.jpg

$740 for a soft tonneau cover? MSRP for a TRD pro is about right. Some people pay more (those in Califronia) and some manage to pay less if you grab a left over model.

Absolutely. I went out of state and bought in Idaho. Then drove it back. Still have the crap sales tax and registration but avoided a big dealer markup

I wouldn’t buy those accessories. What exactly is a tailgate emblem? Door sills OK. Soft top - nope. D-rings come with the pro. Door edge, mud flaps, etc if you want it then go for it.

I paid $48,500 out the door yesterday in NC for a '21 PRO in LR. I have the added accessories that you have minus the soft cover. I have predator step bars that show as an option, not sure if your quote has the predator bars(must have for me). If you took out the $739 soft cover, you're inline with a fair price. Not a steal, but not a ripoff. There were no pros available near me in the Charleston area, but I notice everyday more are becoming available at better prices.

When I do a build on the Toyota website and add the off-road premium package it comes close to the price of the pro, if I add the skid plate it would be the same I believe

Vehicle price seems reasonable, the accessories are a little overpriced and you shouldn't have to pay for a door emblem, or D-rings.

Was told that Crown Toyota in Ontario is at MSRP on the Pros. Talk to their fleet department. Not sure what their current/pending inventory levels are like though.

SWA has a flight from 3 different airports in LA to Austin TX.

Austin airport is 30 min from San Marcos Toyota.
