Purchasing a new trd off road

    Been trying to decide on the truck we wanted (hubby and wife differences). We have decided on the 2019 trd or shortbed v6....liked the handling of the sport on the road, but not that much difference between the two on test drive. So opted for the most the off road. Seemed like a great choice. My husband wanted a long bed and I said for off roading which for our age probably won't be much....I said the shortbed is better plus for length and parking in crowded parking lots. I dropped the tailgate and said here is your longbed....hehehehehe..my son had an older Toyota Tacoma and when we went to the dunes offloading in our jeep we sunk it and our son kept driving around us laughing at us...neither of us had deflated our tires first...so my son kept asking how much we would pay him to pull us out...well, being a mom I replied how badly to you want to keep that toyota (since we were paying for it at the time)....heeheee he pulled us out right away. So I was very impressed at the places he took that truck, riverbeds, etc....it was durable and kept on going..and believe me a 16 year old can test the hell out of a good vehicle. That sold me on the tacoma trd off road...

    White with black leather interior and sunroof all the bells and whistles....my hubby wanted to get an 18 but I wanted the premium packaging and we couldn't find anything in the color we wanted so I talked him into ordering a new one exactly how we (umm, I ) wanted it... hehheheee, well I am the research queen and when I see the extra tech stuff and comforts I go for it! Wasn't really a whole lot more...and my view is if your spending 40,000 whats a few more thousand....now to have to wait...we haven't actually ordered it yet I have the dealerships sending me pricing out the door to sell me one off their lot.
