Maybe you can help me out.
Today I went to a car wash and the Thule roof box got stuck and one (only one) roof rack cross bar broke and as far as I can judge is irreparable. Luckily anything else (besides the one bar and of course the roof box) is undamaged.
I have the EOM roof rack cross bars installed on my Tacoma Double Cab Long Bed 2011 and maybe you know where I can purchase only one cross bar, yes, just one bar.
    Thanks for your feedback.

Unfortunately, the oem roof rack is only sold as a complete set. Never once did i see parts of the rack being sold individually.

I don't know about Toyota but this happened on my Subaru and I couldn't buy just one cross bar either. Such a pain in the ass. Fortunately I found a guy on Craigslist who replaced his with something aftermarket and was selling his old ones way cheaper than the whole kit from Subaru.

Do you have pictures of the damaged bar? It could be something an experienced welder can repair. Who knows.

I will post some pics tonight when I come back from work. (But I think the bars are connected to its base with plastic parts...) Thanks all so far for your feedback!

I would take off the bar and see if you can plastic weld in between the fins along with some thin metal strips to bridge it. Its worth a shot and you got nothing to lose.

Actually, I recently came across individual replacement parts for the roof rack. I'm trying to recall which site I was on, and will forward the link as soon as I find it.

Sounds good. But do you mean weld or glue? How do you plastic weld (controlled melting)?

Yes. Or 3m's plastic epoxy. Worth a shot.
