Need some advice, here is the situation
I put about 10 gallons of clean 2 stroke (50:1) in my 2006 Taco, 4.0L V-6 a few weeks ago. Yes, I know, this is not a real smart move, depending on who you ask, but this isn't the first time I've done this, actually. When I did this about 2 years ago, It ran fine for a while then when climbing the local Mtn pass she started bogging and sputtering a bit until I pulled it over and shut her down. She started right back up and took off, the following few days after that episode the truck did the sputter and die maybe 3 more times, but when I burned the remaining gas out of her, she ran like a top and no further issues.
Fast forward to two weeks ago, I put some 2-stroke in her and pretty much expected the same or similar results as the last time I tried this. There was 1/2 tank of gas when I put the 10 gallons in. The truck smoked a bit for the first few days, and didn't run any better/worse. After about a week when the tank got below half, she started doing some light bogging on the HWY, but not to the point of pulling over and dying/shutting her off. A few days later I topped the tank off w/ high octane and injector cleaner in her to clean up the tank, figuring it would burn out the rest and be done w/it. The following week the truck has been sputtering and dying on me almost daily. It will be running fine then, suddenly just bog way down (when you give it gas it just losses RPMs and eventually dies) . I shut off the motor, wait a second, then she fires right back up and takes off no problem. The bogging/dying is pretty random, seems like it does it more on an incline which makes me think she has particulate/gunk in the tank. Ive swapped the plugs, and a few of the old ones def looked shitty and fouled, but this AM she bogged and died going up an incline w/ the new plugs. Im now thinking its time to pull the bed and clean the tank / swap the fuel pump/filter unit.
ANy advice (besides don't put 2-stroke in her anymore) would be rad and appreciated.
    Thanks

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Why run two stroke to begin with? This wasn't by accident?

And yes to pull the tank, clean, and new filter.

Possibly gummed up filter, might get away with running some seafoam through the gas tank.

    LABEL YOUR 2-Stroke cans BETTER!!!!

I don’t understand why you’d put that in the tank in the first place?

Two strokes are faster and weigh less? Makes sense to me.

The part that I don't comprehend is that you apparently did this on purpose?

Put diesel in it this time, will reverse the effect of the 2 stroke and you'll be good to go.
