Good question. I never replaced my spare when I went from oem 265/70/16 to 32" 265/75/16, and again when I went to a 33" 255/80/17.

I'll take my chances on ever needing the spare when off roading, and will have no regret using the oem spare if I have to. That's what it's there for.

But to answer your question, most members here who have switched out to a 33" spare, where able to jimmy it in. So I'm pretty sure a 32" would fit.

You’ll be fine. Spare will fit no problem. I have a 285/75/16 spare under my bed with no modifications necessary.

Like many others, I've had a BFG KO and a KO3 in LT265/75-16 under the truck with zero issue. I've also run 265 wide tires on the SR steel wheels without issue. You will be good to go.
