Pyrite Mica

Can anyone please describe or post a picture of Pyrite Mica?

 

Best color offered in my opinion. Here's mine.

Is it a gray fawn champagne mixture?

 

It has a "brownish" look.

To me it looks somewhat bronze. In certain light it sort of reminds me of the mineral gray color of my old Mustang.

 

Here's mine. It's my 4th Toyota, 2nd Tacoma, and my favorite color so far.

 

Depends on how the light hits it. I've been told it looks green or gray. It's actually a copper/brown sort of thing going on. Best color ever on these trucks.

 

I've always been a huge fan of Toyota's dark grey/charcoal (currently MGM) but after seeing Pyrite Mica in person this color became my favorite. As others have said, it looks different depending on the lighting. Here's a pic from the dealer's listing and another pic a couple days later in my driveway.

 

Like many here this color has really grown on me. At first glance it looked UPS brown.

I am guessing that it does not show road film and dirt as much as most colors. This is very appealing to me.

Love my truck and love that you don't see it nearly as often.

 

Oh it still shows plenty of dirt and grime. Almost as bad as black.

If you are wanting something to not show as much dirt and scratches, white or silver is the way to go. But that is boring, and everyone has white or silver.

I would say it is a rootbeer color poured into gray.

It looks grey, dark grey, brown or tan depending on time of day or type of light that's hitting it. I really like it.

 

So, did you buy yours yet? Best color truck I've ever owned.
