QA1 shocks

    We're a pretty inactive here, I looked here and on xru, didn't find answers so here it goes.

    My shocks are feeling worn, appear original, around 90k miles. I'm not the original owner so I don't know if they've been changed already, rusty biltsteins in there now.

    I'd prefer to upgrade to qa1's front and rear but don't want to lower it or have to make huge modifications to get them in. I do use the truck as a light duty truck but also love that it drives sporty. For those who already did it, did you have to lower it? Adapters or modifications required? Is it a coil over only transformation? Part numbers would help.
