Has anyone "popped" the bubble and removed the rubber pad?

Her is how I accidentally solved this issue with my iPhone 15 Pro not charging on the qi charger in my 2023 TRD Pro.

Without the case my iPhone 15 Pro has always worked fine. But never in a case.

I bought several different cases and found that if I attached the metal ring that came with a Tori 5 in 1 case to the back of a totallee super thin case it would work.

My hypothesis is the super thin case (.02”) plus the metal ring on the back allow the phone to get close enough to the pad to connect.
