New to Tacoma world, so hello to all. My charging mat worked for the first week I had it. Now, the mat doesn’t charge and the two indicator lights keep flashing. Anyone know how to fix this or what’s causing the issue? Or is this something I need to have the delearship look at?

I had the same problem. I have a iPhone X and the thick Otter Box case was causing the two lights to flash and not charge the phone. They said it was causing the charging mat to overheat. Found a thinner cover and all is well now. If you don't have a case it could be the position your placing your phone in. I find that placing the phone on the mat and pulling it towards the rear of the truck so the phone hits that little lip works best.

Yeah, mine would work fine and then I'd look down after driving for 10-15 minutes and the lights would be flashing. Glad to hear it's working now.

That’s odd because I have a X with otter box and it charges fine.

I have the iphone x and I get both lights flashing whether I have the case on or not. Troubleshooting says that if the pad overheats it will do that, but that can't be the problem here because it does it in below freezing weather when the truck is completely cold. If anyone has found a solution, I would appreciate hearing about it.

Same exact thing happening with me except with an android. Tried with and without case, both lights keep flashing and the car's parked in cold weather, can't be an iverheating issue. Ty
