Hi, I want to install HID lights for hi-beam and led for low beam. I would like the low beams to light up at the same time as the high beams to get more light output.

Is it something that can be done simply? Like adding splitters like this one? https://www.theretrofitsource.com/high-beam-splitters.html

    Thanks!

I see that in your vehicle description you have an 08, putting in a hid high and a led low would be quite difficult in a truck that uses a dual filament, single bulb.

However if you are talking about a 3rd gen, i’d do that the other way around, hid low and led high if anything. When you turn on your highs, the lows stay on anyway. You don’t want hid high, especially as highs are often used to flash. Flashing HIDs are not good for them, not to mention they take a few seconds to develop max brightness.

Yeah, sorry I just bought a 2016 Trd sport and didnt think about changing my description. I thought the low turn off when the highs are on like other vehicules I've owned. That would simplify everything then. Thanks for your input.
