Here are my RX350's with custom tuned STi lenses.

The photos below are from the guy who tuned them for me (user on HID Planet). They look the same after installation. Using 55W Morimoto ballasts an OSRAM XENARC CBH's (kinda pissed I paid $200 at TRS back in March-ish and now they are $175  )

Wow, that cutoff has a beautiful indigo color. What exactly did the guy have to tune?

Lol that's not as bad as me. I paid $175 for my CBI's (-25% off on sale) and now they're like $115.

I was looking at your build post and that's mighty nice. I like the PnP hi beam relay because I was wondering where you wired the solenoid wires to

Yaaaas. They look good, but the OEM projectors probably have better output/cutoff. I was told they will be released end of the year

Used Morimoto RetroRubber. Put it in the channels then baked at 240*F for 8mins w/o the lens. Used a flat head to sort of smooth it out and flatten it. Put the lens back on loosely, back in the oven for another 20mins. Once out press it together, put the screws back in, and used about 8-10 spring clamps to apply even pressure. About 20mins later they were cooled off and ready to reinstall!

Hope you are prepared to spend hours getting that permaseal removed! It took me around 4hrs per headlight of scraping that shit out!

Too old to do this anymore lol. Did it on my old mercedes c55 headlights. Looked badass but took like 6 hours per light to do, not including paint time. Never will be DIYing my headlights again...glad there are pro retrofitters now I can pay!
