Target has 128gb iPad mini 4’s on sale for $299. I picked one up as a dedicated (no other uses) flight display for the Mavic and Spark. I WiFi it before flight to cache the map of the area then put it in airplane mode before connecting it to the AC. Works perfect, nice big display, and fits in the RC arms. I did order a mount for it though to see if I like it better centered over the RC than having it hang off the bottom.

I have the mount for my tablet. It adds a lot of weight and isn't that great for me. But I stopped using it because of the wifi issue. I like my phone better

About to buy a new MacBook pro for video editing... can't decide if $188 extra is worth an additional 256gb of SSD storage or not. I figure I'll be storing all my footage on external drives anyways me then I can use that $188 to buy final cut pro

Fuu. Time to see how well DJI repair services are. Hit a low obstacle couldn't see in FPV.

If you’re planning on using external drives I’d say spend the money elsewhere...like on Final Cut Pro.

That's what I'm thinking. If I get that model MacBook my employee discount is $168 versus if I get the next model up I only save $100 off retail. I'm thinking I'll get that model. The specs are all the same minus the extra storage space...

The bottom facing sensors didn't activate for you? Or were you in sport mode?

Save your $$$... go external, it's cheaper, and more useable

Do you edit frequently on the 13? I figure if I'm spending that much damn money I might as well go big. It's only one extra pound than the 13 as well. I want portability which is why I'm going MacBook Pro over an iMac. I'm open to your thoughts

Nice click bait ad. I think I'll probably stick with the 15" go big or go home is my motto haha. I get about $200 off if I order through work so I'll probably pull the plug on it tomorrow and order it up
