Running betaflight eh? That's a lot of amps! 5s too?

This one is running BF 3.5.5 and is a blast to fly. It's heavy but the momentum is fun to play with and the footage is nice from the GoPro. 6s on 2550kv is a riot!

Yup, good ol beta flight. Although it is time to update firmwares on most my copters. And I don't carry a GoPro too often as I have a bad habit of trying to pimp slap them through the planet. If ya know what I mean.

Just purchased an Eachine EX4 Drone. It should be here on Friday. Anyone have one of these? Im hoping to be able to take some video and pictures with it, plus it was under $250. It has a 3 axis gimble on it, so it should take pretty good pictures and video.

Wow the prices sure have come down. When I was heavily into quadcopters about 4 years ago getting one for $250 with a shitty camera was pretty much unheard of.

Yeah it takes 1080P video and 4K pictures. The prices have come way down, you just have to look other places besides Amazon and DJI. Watched a lot of youtube videos for reviews.

Wow I haven't posted in here since 2014 when I got my first quadcopter a Estes Syncro (Hubsan of some sort). Earlier this year I went all in on learning to fly FPV and just started converting some quads to the DJI FPV system. Got the goggles as a gift and bought a few Caddx Vista units to install, it's a game changer for how easy it is to see while flying. Also picked up a Mavic Mini, it's a perfect travel quad for hiking, biking, etc. The one on the left is now DJI and the 5" in the middle is in the process.
A little bit of my recent flying https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCvCvsijvsU and the feed from the DJI goggles here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZO0kedsxeU

I've a DJI Spark. Bought it on boxing week, in 2018. Its been a solid drone for the last 2-years. I usually post pics up on Insta and/or do short articles on the old blog: https://jacksoncrabb.wordpress.com/category/technology/drone/

Has anyone used the DJI Refresh Care program?

What was your experience with it?

Mine is losing transmission after about 300m and the video capture is super choppy.

Appreciate any knowledge on the Refresh program and sharing your experiences.

    cheers
