    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
the judgement was appealed to the NTSB board, so in theory the ruling has been stayed until final decision by the NTSB.

so, the short answer is "maybe"

well, remember that gravity is reversed there, so you actually have to fly towards the ground.

Saw this yesterday. Teeny tiny little phantom lol. despite the vents, battery cover, and overall shape being almost identical to the larger DJI Phantom, this one is actually made by helimax.

A few of you guys got to see this thing flying around in moab this last weekend.

The latest quadcopter frame, skull for the fc cover and bones for the arms, named "jolley roger"

It now has a stripped down 808 #16 camera and 200mw tx for fpv flying.
Its a little over powered for fpv flying, but i manage to keep from crashing it too much

Ive been in the market for one of these things but not sure which one i'm wanting. Wanting something that is strong enough to pull my GoPro up for some still shots because i plan on selling some aerial photography shots to local businesses around the areal. Been looking at the phantom for a little while. Whats a good option for the price?

phantom and its competitors (other 350 sized quads) are about the best your going to get for the price that are still of good quality and able to haul a gopro.

took these witht he phantom and gopro 2 weeks ago.

No idea what kind of quality that is. maybe someone else knows.

40 minutes of flight is pretty insane straight out of the box, as well as FPV already included/built in for that price.

If the gimbal is decent, fpv is clear and has good range, and flight time is even 20 minutes, i might just have to get one. the gimball i am looking at is more than that entire package

I am still trying to find a good way to measure how fast it will really go.
I fly switching between an auto level (horizon) and acro mode that only uses the accelerometer for leveling.
The acro mode flies a lot like a helicopter, but more controlled, where it will hold what ever attutude you give it.

Each motor is good for around a pound of thrust 450-420 grams of thrust, and the quad only weighs around 275grams. So the power to weight ratio is extremely high for a copter, maybe closer to a flippin rocket!!!
