I didn't think you liked DJI :notsure: Anyway I stripped the entire craft and set everything back to original settings and started over, just mapped the Zenmuse with the 14SG, and will hopefully take the maiden today.

I am also selling a good FPV setup

2.4 GHz 12 channels with bluebeams and an 8" lumenier LCD screen, $175 shipped. Everything is brand new never used.

Got my Fighting Walrus iDroneLink in the mail yesterday... it allows telemetry and auto missions via an iOS device... first of it's kind for iOS.

Looks to work well so far... still playing with it. Had to change the NetID to get it to work but that was expected.

Yes I'm inside a building and yes, I have a GPS repeater... :p

Is that like DJI's where you can control the craft with an iPad?

Yup... if you look at the top right of the screen grab, you'll see Auto and Guided modes... Those only work on the ipad for now but you can set waypoints, etc and fly autonomous if you'd like.

I wish it had audio alerts like mission planner... it's helpful to hear your mode changes and if by chance you go into RTL...

He was just like 'meh' like he was over it since I called probably 10 times a week and left an email daily for the 2 weeks I've had it. He is lacking some serious communication skills. If you don't spend $25k there be prepared to get dicked around if you want some customer service.

Well I got my qav250 today, and quickly proceeded in re-flashing the pre programmed flight controller just before I fried it... lol new cc3d board is already ordered.

Question: when hooking up the receiver does it matter what order you plug the connectors to it? And do you connect power to it as well or does it get power from one of the connectors coming from the flight controller?

Order shouldn't matter and yes the receiver will get power from the flight controller. How did you fry the cc3d?

well I was connecting the wiring harnnes that came with the CC3D that has all the single wires going to the individual plugs. Not sure if any of them are the power...
    Black/Red/White Cable: Aileron
    Blue: Elevator
    Yellow: Throttle
    Green: Rudder
Orange: a 3 position flight mode switch. The CC3D is programmed for 1.) Rate, 2.) Weak Level Mode, 3.) Attitude Mode
    Purple: Not used

None of those seemed like the power so I started to plug the plug coming from the PDB to the receiver first time (not what I intended) I plugged it to it it beeped so I moved it to what I thought was the right plug and *PFFFFT* smoke, now after this happened I reliezed A) I should have looked up how to connect the receiver first B) I probably shouldn't have been pluggin stuff in with power to the Flight Controller.

I was able to order one from Sacramento for $32 so I figure compared to the sale price of $49 another website was selling it for, it seemed like a good deal.

Fly safely... Make sure you follow the rules/suggestions...

Learn to fly manually before using GPS assisted modes... It will help you in the event of an emergency.

You can crash it, they are pretty robust. Just don't hit anyone or fly near an airport.

Almost seems counter intuitive to fly without the gps the first time. Why is that?
