    A few bolts are different.
    Both are nice quality. I like my bestop because of the windows and its black. Mine is 6 years old and holding up well.

    I'm going to order one or the other this week. I don't care for the windows in the bestop but their warranty is 2yrs Vs a year on the soft top. Also seem to be able to find the bestop on sale.

    Love my bestop! its been on all winter and held up fine
