Well, we all know that every brand of vehicle has their own unique problems. What makes a difference is how they handle their failures and interact with their customer base.
Individual dealerships are just that, individual dealerships. Your mileage may vary with how your complaints are addressed. Of course, it is a huge slap in the face to have a brand new vehicle abruptly go tits-up on you. We just simply don't expect that to happen, or feel that it could ever be justified.

Was there ever any followup posted on this owner's situation for an outcome, or is it simply too new to have any resolution yet?
