Volcom, all you've done is crap on me since day one! Personal vendetta? Sure....I accept that! What I don't accept is my money being held captive!!! If you were in my shoes you'd be upset too!!! I agreed to the 2 month waiting period! Not 3+....nor did any other requesting a refund!!! We read the terms and they have been shot to hell! I know it's not your fault nor KMDs!!!! But again, what's right is right and until WE get a refund I will post in here!

There's no personal vendetta. You are literally the most annoying impatient person I know. Since day one you've been PM'ing me with nonstop stupid questions, and changing your mind every 30 seconds. I told you at the start, it was gonna take a while to get the lights, granted, this is way past that, but you said "Well, I don't want to wait, so nevermind" then a day later You're hounding me to put your name on the list, then you changed again, then finally you pay, and a few weeks later you're hounding me for updates, literally a week after the order was placed. THEN, right about when we said we *should* be getting the orders, you're threatening ME with a forced refund and paypal dispute if you don't have your lights in a day, as well as cursing, to which I messaged KMD who told me he was sick of you as well, and would issue the refund, which YOU then backpedaled and said you didn't want a refund, you could wait. I could go, but honestly, it's wasted breath. I don't speak for KMD here, and I'm done repeating myself.

Thank's to those that are still being patient for the lights, I know it sucks, and I've been there, but shit happens, and it's out of everyones hands at this point. To the rest...I got nothing. If you have anything else to say, feel free, mods won't do anything. Issues, comments, concerns, contact KMD please.

 

1st off, you don't know me! And everything you just said is bullshit! I PM'd you maybe 5 times regarding the GB...other than that it was just BSing...

Nothing you say is credible at this point so stop making yourself look stupid!

And obviously there was no Paypal dispute...otherwise I'd have my money... Haha!

 

So, it's now almost 9pm August 26th And I asked for my refund 3 weeks ago (August 2nd) and still have nothing??? So explain again how you "condone this"...

 

Sooo....hows it going guys? I still haven't gotten a refund either. Neither has 7six2fan. KMD needs our routing and bank acct # to be able to refund us. Which we had no choice. I think plenty of time has been alloted for proper refunds. I don't want to tarnish KMD or Volcoms name, but something has to give. Either this becomes a treklights thread or a closed thread with positive results.
