Question about 2 leg wire harness, only need 1 leg.

A.R.E shell top

I bought a light bar and of course it only has 1 set of leads.
I have a wiring harness but it has 2 legs.

Question.
Do I use only one leg and cap off the other leg?
Should I twist up the 2 legs into one?
Does it matter either way?
The harness has a relay so I want to make sure I'm not going to mess anything up.
