Question about a particular model

Has the ever been a prerunner crew cab with the 6 foot bed and manual transmission or did the manual only come in the access cab?

 

To my knowledge there was never a manual DCLB Tacoma, the manual was only available in regular cab long bed, access cab long bed, and double cab short bed configurations.
