Is it possible to add the driver side spacer if I don't lift the truck? I think the spacer goes on top of strut mount so technically can I just remove the 3 strut bolts, add the spacer then rebolt? The weight of the truck should keep everything compressed?

The lean spacer goes on top of the strut/ under the frame’s coil bucket so you do have to jack up the truck and at least semi-remove the strut to get the spacer in place.

thanks, I see they have coil spacers or strut spacers...I thought one went above the mount and magically worked.

Yes, you can do this. There are enough threads on the stock strut bolts to add a 1/4" spacer. You'd have to uninstall the strut and put it between the top of the strut and the shock mount. Headstrong, Wheelers, Low Range and I'm sure a bunch of others sell spacers. You're looking for a strut spacer.
