    Hi

My truck is near the 150k Miles mark. I bought the Whiteline W93448 body mount bushing set and a set of new fresh bolt/nut direct from Toyota referenced to my VIN.

I opened the kit yesterday and i found that the 8 washer 63mm O.D. (for the 4 body mount with flange for the cab) have a 11.13mm hole and should be at least 12.3mm for a M12 close fit hole. This it's easy to fix just need to redo the hole....

The bigest problem (i think, i wrote to Whiteline about these problem, still waiting for a reply) is the front mount, located each side of the radiator. It seem to be the right bushing if i look on the picture on Whiteline website but both the washer and sleeve I.D. clearence is weird.

    Both 50mm O.D washer hole I.D. is 13.13mm.
    Both 44mm O.D washer hole I.D. is 12.95mm.
Both sleeve of 42mm lenght have a hole I.D. of exactly 12mm.

All of this for a M10 bolt..... that's some pretty high loosy flappy clearance.

I wanted to start the job anyway and see if the oem bushing on the truck is similar in measurement but this imply not using the vehicule for some time if something go south.

Anyone here have a kit in hand and can confirm these measurement?

The 63mm washer is a "problem" with an easy fix and explanation, maybe the hand who got 8 of these when making the kit got the wrong item from a side bin... But 3 clearance error for the front bushing assembly is something else.

    Thanks !

No news from Whiteline yet. Took 30 minutes and some elbow grease to get the close fit for the washer.

I found more picture of the Energy Suspension bushing kit than the Whiteline default kit picture. It seem the front bushing oversized I.D. vs the M10 bolt is "normal" since the ES sleeve seem oversized too for the bolt.

Well... The weather seem to be on the rainy side for the next couple day. I will see if i get some info and i will probably start the job when the sunny day come back.
