Wow that looks almost exactly like the paint job I had, except it was a bit more matted and grey

I like it. I sprayed it with bedliner & suck at figuring out what colors go together, so since I have chrome, I googled silver/black & came up with the color for the fender flares….

    Truck looks great!
Something easy to try would be to add some washers or spacers on top of the center support bearing mount. This will drop the middle of the driveshaft. I’d start with 1/2” spacer or stack of washers. I’m currently running a 3/4” spacer on top of mine. Drive it and see if it makes any difference.

Everyone is correct about the grease fittings not lining up, it doesn’t really matter, but it would matter to me. I’d much prefer the stock style grease fittings in the middle of the joint instead of on the cap, mine look just like yours.
I like everything to be in a line when I go to grease them.

See if your transmission mount is loose, mine was busted completely. There could be a vibration damper bolted to the transfer case that just hangs there, if you have it, make sure the rubber isn’t busted.

    So your 1st, 2nd and 3rd working angles are 2deg, 5deg and 4deg?
    1st s/b 0.5deg.
2nd and 3rd s/b equal and within 1-3 deg working angle.
Way off unless I'm missing something? which happens

A 2-3 deg wedge under your leaf pack would get you closer. I would go 3 deg with those numbers.

These are correct. Well, like I stated, with the phone. I bought an a handy measurer a couple of weeks ago & darned if I can remember where I put it....
When you put "2nd and 3rd s/b equal and within 1-3 deg working angle.", by working angle do you mean the 6 & 11 should be more like 6 & 8?

    Thank you!

Right. I get that with the fittings. Just was a no brainer whenever I had it down as to which way it went back in & greasing. Take it to get worked on & it comes back all outa wack.

Tranny mount is good. I'll check the other. Just looked it up & I don't have one....

I don't think the transfer case angle can be changed but idk. That being said I think you'll have to play with cb spacers to correct 1st angle.
A 2 - 3 deg wedge should correct the rear angle being off by 2-3 deg.
Ujoints only have working angles of 1-3 degrees. Your center and rear are working at 5 and 4 degrees.

Found my angle finder. Good thing it has a good magnet :)
