So i have been browsing replacement Head units.
Every time I visit Crutchfield, enter my vehicle, And select a stereo I get a picture telling me "it fits" but next to it I see a hazard symbol, Which tells me fold down units might not fit my vehicle. This confuses me..
I am looking at double din, Dvd/nav units.

Not actually looking to buy from Crutchfield specifically, Or this unit in particular.
    thanks in advance!

It's referring to a faceplate that has to open to load cd's.

Example: I bought an Eclipse CD7200mkII and it wouldnt work because the face wouldnt open completely.

that's what i was thinking. But most Double din dvd type would fold down to load Cd/dvds.

I just installed a single DIN Panny with flip down and there are no issues. I know it is not a DD but I thought I would reply. ;)

Seems like lots of people on the forum have DD units, and I haven't heard any complaints about them not working. Maybe Crutchfield is being a little overzealous because there are just a few units out there that don't work, although most do.
