Question about fog lights

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and am wondering whats the best way to clean out the fog lights. My tacoma's fog lights somehow got flooded with water and I never got around to fixing it and now the bulbs went out. How would I go about cleaning restoring them?

 

Quite honestly, you're going to find cleaning them to be almost impossible. I'd recommend simply replacing them. You can usually find used ones in the marketplace here for quite reasonable prices.
