Question about installing bed Cap

    I need a cap on my bed. The black covers on top of the bed rails are my question. I have seen some caps installed over them and some are reomoved........Whats the difference?...........The dealers I spoke with said they leave them on, but the broshures they give out show them removed...........What have you done with yours?

    Leave them on, what you are seeing is caps that are made to cover over the factory plastic

    The black cover on top of the bed rails stays on. The shell has a lip that covers it up so you don't see them anymore.
