    Welcome to TW.
Most here will be against body lifts, we will suggest suspension. This is my truck with 3" suspension lift 16" rims and factory tires.

i actually like the look of body lifts though ha
    your truck looks nice =]
soo with a 3 inch lift i will be ok on stock rims and tires?
should i increase tire size but keep 16's?

You are on the correct track with the toytec, that is what I have. Or you could get some 5100 shocks they will level your truck and are adjustable. Look them up on here others know more about them than I do. As for your tires its your call. I had the base model rims so I dumped them. I am not certain which rims you have or what size tires will fit them.
Here are some wheel specs. Wheel Specs
Here is a tire size tool. Tire Size Tool
This may be the tire size for you Largest Tires w/o Lift on TRD

If you have more questions, just ask.

Oh and if you want a body lift go for it! Remember no matter what we say this is your truck, we are only making reccomendations. If you actually offroad a suspension lift will suit you better. The link Here is a toytec lift with AAL (add-a-leaf) in the rear and a spacer in front. Most don't care for spacers but if you don't really wheel this is a good alternative.

Oh yeah, the lift won't affect the tires and rims you have now. I kept my factory wheels and tires for months.
