I recently hit 2k mile on my tacoma 2016 3.5L V6 6speed Manual Transmission. I'm so noob about oil changes. Now I removed all the oils and oil filter is changed. Does anyone know how many quarts of oil should I use?

You probably want to have a look at this sticky thread: 3rd Gen DIY maintenance quick reference

Not only does cover capacities such as 6.2qt of oil, but also minor things like torque values. I know it's a lot of fun repairing busted bolts and stripped threads, but not everyone has time for such adventures. :D

Originally not Expo AF! Kinda Expo AF now...lame.
One tip OP that I use. Get a silver sharpie marker (it's a sharpie but writes in silver instead of black). Find your Quarts (mine is 6.2 on the Tacoma, and 6.6 on the 4Runner), and write the number on the OIL cap. That way next time you go to change it you know exactly what it needs.

It's confusing for me because the 4Runner and Tacoma are different, but with them written there I can double check each time.

Thanks guys, is if ok if I add 6 quarts only? I added only 5 quarts and when I check the oil its on top of the dot its about half inch away from the dot.

Yes this is perfectly fine. I had my 1st yearly oil change on November the 9th and the service department put 6 quarts in my truck.

Yes. And don't worry about asking, some of us don't mind answering instead of telling you to look in the owners manual. Not everyone here acts that way. But when I find people like that, I hit the "ignore" button and they just disappear!

He is a 2nd Gen anyhow. I add them to the list when they come on the 3rd Gen threads giving advice on something they don't even own.
