I know Toyota sells the black rear bumper end caps but they have the same texture as the fender flares , making it harder for paint to stick and it won't look smooth. Does Toyota sell the end caps with a smooth finish that's ready for paint ?

Yes they do I went to my local dealership and got bumper caps that were ready to paint. I have zero talent nor knowledge about painting though so I had them paint them as well

Each bumper cap was $111 and paint was $240 total. Crazy the cost to paint each cap was more than the caps themselves but like I said I didn't want to paint them myself so I just bit the bullet.

once you got the color caps you want installing them was a whole new battle. Dealership wanted to charge me $100 to install them but to save my already hurting wallet I decided to install them myself. Make sure no children are around you when you install them because you will be cussing like a sailor.
