question about rear tailights

    i have a 2010 tacoma...the rear lights are the led style...i wanna get lights from a 2005-2008 tacoma, they look like they'll fit exact, is there any modifications i need to do to swap the 2009/2010 lights(leds) to the 2005-2008 lights, i just dont wanna have to do any electrical work to the factory stuff, any help is appreciated,

    Why in the world would you want to go back to incadescent bulbs? They are going to be unavailable after 2014 due to the phase-out of incadescent bulbs for environmental reasons. You'll be running tiny flouresent bulbs instead.

    Maybe its not the bulbs but the entire look of the light he likes..

    Stock up on the incandescent bulbs....the LED's will not melt snow from your tail lights in the winter if you live in such a climate.
