SO....when hooking up two amps, can I have one remote wire going from the Head unit or wherever it comes form to the first amp and then a "jumper" wire from the remote spot on Amp #1 going to the remote terminal of Amp#2?

Would that make both amps turn on at the same time?

Or is it better to run two remote lines, one to each amp?

Actually, I'll be running an Audi Control unit as well, so should I run three remote lines, one to each amp (x2) and the Audio Control unit, or can I use a jumper across all three?

The best thing to do is run the remote wire to a relay and use that to power both amps.

You can use a remote wire to turn on both amps. You can either use a jumper or just run tow wires from the headunit and have one go to each amp. It really doesn't matter as the end result will be all of them being essentially wired in parallel anyway. You'll be fine.
